Here is my response:
The photo made me think of the song Gotta Serve Somebody by Nichole Nordeman. She sang it at Women of Faith one year and told about one of her friends who is not a Christian. Here are some of the lyrics:
"You're gonna have to serve somebody. It might be the devil or it might be the Lord, but you're gonna have to serve somebody"In eternity, we will serve one master. Here on earth, we make the choice.
"But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites,in whose land you are living. DeleteIt's very true that we all serve something, whether we know it or not. We answer to/are a slave to SOMETHING/SOMEONE. I pray that most of the time, I serve God. That is my intention anyway. :-)

DeleteDawn, I really wanted to write on this photo but every time I looked at it, it creeped me out. (LOL) For some odd reason it reminded me of the "Chucky" movies (which I've never watched because just the previews give me the shivers!) Sorry!
