How Can It Be - Lauren Daigle

How often do we feel like this? Unworthy. Dirty. How can it be that a Holy God could make us new and claim us as His own?  But, he does! Thank you, Jesus, for what you've done for me! For us!

And, what a voice!

Small Seed for 11-30-14

Ephesians 2:10 Good works planned in advance? How does that work?  Are opportunities given and we choose to do or not to do?

Prayer: Pray for your church, for God’s will, for the Holy Spirit to move powerfully.

Action step: Go out of your way to speak to someone at church that you don’t know very well.

“What shall we say the Kingdom of God is like?” asked Jesus. “What parable shall we use to explain it?  It is like this. A man takes a mustard seed, the smallest seed in the world, and plants it in the ground.  After a while it grows up and becomes the biggest of all plants. It puts out such large branches that the birds come and make their nests in its shade.” Mark 4:30-32

Small Seed for 11-29-14

Mark 6:7 Has God ever given you a helper to accomplish a specific task that He wanted done? Did you grow through that task? What did you learn? Were you able to accomplish more for God by yourself later because you had gained experience and confidence? Meditate on this.

Prayer: Pray for growth in your faith.

Action Step: Ask a friend to go in with you on a project that you know would please God (maybe something little you both could do for an older person you know).
