  2. Good reminders! Non-writers think writing is just sitting around, not working. Good writers work very hard, develop eye strain and sore butts. In the end, you write for yourself.

      That's true. I honestly didn't realize how hard writing was either until it came time to revise my book. The 1st draft writing came easily. It is the nipping and tucking that is the hard part. In fact, I had to take a class to learn how to even attempt the revising. So glad I did! Best money ever spent and I'll have that knowledge as I write more books (and hopefully the writing will get better every time). :0)
