    1. Nope, but it does ring true. In fact, Toby just made me a hot tea, delivered right to my desk.

  2. LOL. You'd think! He's a good man to put up with my "obsession". ;0)

  3. Sticks and stones can break your bones but words can never harm you. Yeah right.
    Very nice stick people. :)

  4. If I had been Sarah, I would have locked myself into a closet after the second interruption. Sad, but true.

  5. Cute post, Dawn :)

You stopped by my blog recently and asked me to tell you what I'm writing. Well, besides my blog posts, I'm working on children's picture book stories, short stories for adults, an adult novel, and a little bit of poetry. I also head up my church's Creative Writing Team, and we write reflective pieces for the church family newsletter as well as weekly take-home papers for parents to use with their children.

  6. Obsession or dedication? It's a very thin line :)

    1. Very true. I'm trying NOT to be as obsessed as I had been. I need to take time to exercise and enjoy my family as well as write.

  7. Yep, it seems like an obsession at times. No more than football, though, or Angry Birds. :-)

    1. That's true, but at least writing is accomplishing something. ;0)
