Read Philippians
1:27-29.
What does “standing firm in one Spirit, striving side by
side” mean to you? Have you placed yourself with other believers? If not, find
a church or Bible study or ministry outreach so that you can experience the
fullness God has in store for you, the abundant life, because there is power in
working alongside other Christians and God wants you to experience it!
Prayer focus: Finding a
group of believers for yourself or someone you know
Action Step: Show love in some way to another person. Suggestion: Volunteer once at a nursing home to read the Bible to a few residents.
“What shall we say the Kingdom of God is like?” asked Jesus. “What parable shall we use to explain it? It is like this. A man takes a mustard seed, the smallest seed in the world, and plants it in the ground. After a while it grows up and becomes the biggest of all plants. It puts out such large branches that the birds come and make their nests in its shade.” Mark 4:30-32
