O is for: Ophelia and the Marvelous Boy by Karen Foxlee

ReplyDeleteI had the pleasure to be assigned to write a fractured fairy tale for my International Children's Lit class in college. I created a tailor who made a pair of magical boots for a cat that was lying on his porch...the cat later became his apprentice and helped him with other fairy tale character's clothing, such as Red Riding Hood's cloak, etc.
