Wow! I am so excited! I made my first Podcast! More writing fun -- just in audio! Here is a little more information about it.

Podcast Title: TheWriteSoil
Slogan: "Dig in the Dirt!"
Podcast Purpose: To encourage and improve writing (yours and mine).
Format: Topic, Writing Exercise, My Response to the Writing Exercise

I would really like your feedback!
  1. What would you like to see in a writing podcast?
  2. What did you like or dislike about this podcast (you won't hurt my feelings)?
  3. What writing topics/skills would you be interested in?
  4. Would you enjoy hearing more of my stories, poems, and skits?

  1. Wow, podcast! Well done! You'll be on YouTube soon.. :)
May be it's just me but I thought you went a bit fast there...

    Life on The Farm

  2. Grandpa, Maybe I need to slow down a bit. I'll focus more on pacing for my next one. Thank you for your honesty, I really appreciate it.

  3. I have been wanting to learn how to do podcasting.

  4. Wanda, I am writing up my notes and will post them sometime in the future on how I did the podcast.

  5. I am curious about podcasting - I guess I'll have to check it out =)
    good for you!
    happy x day!

  6. Wow, a podcast. Congrats on exploring new ground.

  7. The tone of your voice is very pleasant and the rhythm is good. You speak clearly at a reasonable pace.

The problem with me is that my attention span is short. I would say that I personally am more likely to listen to a podcast that is 2 minutes or less.

You sound a lot like Grammar Girl. Only with different info. Google her and check her out.

    I hope this is helpful.

  8. Thank you all for your comments.

Lucy, thank you for the specifics. I'll keep the length in mind.

I appreciate your comments! I try to respond to each one.
