WriteOnCon - What is it?

WriteOnCon is a free, interactive online writer's conference that will be held Aug. 16-18, 2011. It is free, but you must register to participate!

Thank you Mel Fowler for sharing about WriteOnCon or I'd still be in the dark about it!

I'm looking forward to doing it this year and even though I work during the day and will miss some of the live stuff, videos and comments will be posted after wards.

Check out WriteOnCon's 2010 Conference. There are some great writing tips in the blogs and videos there!

  2. Yay! I was there too. :) As for your question regarding revising, I'm still learning. I've been revising this manuscript for months now. I started from the beginning and just made changes that made sense as I went along. This time, I plan on reading through the entire thing looking only for realistic character development, conflict and pacing. Once I do that and make necessary changes, I'll let people read it and give their opinions before focusing so much on the the editing, adding details, etc. It's definitely a learning process....
