No Fear. Take It Back.
“So be strong and courageous! Do not be
afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God
will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”
Deuteronomy 31:6 (NLT)
A friend of mine had a man attempt to break into her
home. As he beat on the sliding glass doors and threw his body against them, he glared at her through the glass. She was terrified.
She called the police and they came and arrested him, but
what does she do now? She is scared. What if he comes back?
Besides doing some basic things to her home and fence
(more lighting, lock the fence, etc.), she has to give up the fear to God or
she will never sleep soundly again. And, isn't that what the enemy wants? To
kill and destroy her life? He wants her fear.
I think on the song lyrics -"I went to the enemy's
camp and I took back what he stole from me...he's under my feet...yes, Satan is
under my feet."
What do you need to take back from the enemy?
You can do
it through Jesus. His power is immeasurable. He has already overcome the world.
Call on Him.
