Don’t Worry. Take it to God.
“That is why I tell you not to worry about
everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to
wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing?
26 Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in
barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to
him than they are?” Matthew 6:25-26 (NLT)
A friend's truck engine died and she was faced with the
decision of getting a new or refurbished engine or a new car. Instead of
panicking, she took it to God in prayer. She sensed God telling her to manage
with one car for a while and to wait to buy an engine when she could afford to...that it
would all be OK. In a few weeks, she was able to order a refurbished engine and
now the truck is running again. My friend is so glad she
talked to God and listened to His plan instead of rushing into a decision that
would put her in debt.
Are you facing a large (or small) decision?
Ask God for
His solution.
