Attributes of Writers - I

Writers are a special breed. We have unique qualities that help us make music with our words. Those same qualities might also put us in the loony bin, but isn't it worth it?! So, pull up a chair, let's explore our "specialness" together through the A to Z Challenge. If we can understand our attributes as writers, we can be cured, right?                   Dawn (P.S. A writer is..

Imaginative -    
able to come up with ideas from thin air


I get ideas from just about everywhere. Sometimes I get so many ideas I can't focus.
 
What inspires you? What's the craziest idea you've ever had?

    I get ideas from everywhere, it sometimes just hits you. I once drew a tap dancing whale saying everything will be alright...i think that is pretty crazy

    Yes, we are imaginative, alright, so why can't I think of an answer to your question? I find that little known historic facts or people inspire me to write their story...

    Taking a walk, sitting idly on the back porch, or listening to a sermon can all spark ideas for me--as you well know after editing my manuscript! LOL!

    Mine come from my dreams. I tend to have extremely bizarre ones, so my ideas usually present themselves there.
