Pale -
pasty in color due to the hours locked in the dungeon (writing)Tans are so out of vogue nowadays and the writer says, "Thank goodness!" Now, writers can look like the vampires they write about...and it's all good.
What's the longest you holed up writing? Where were you (I bet it wasn't a dungeon)?
I spent an entire week last summer camping by myself, editing my book. (I have to admit, though, I did get plenty of sunlight. No paleness for me.) ;0)
I think about three to four days max. Sometimes, you just get on a roll. But like you, I don't like to stay indoors so whenever I can I sit on the back porch and write.
ReplyDeleteI need three or four days to just write. Ahh, that would be heaven right now.
Deletepaleness is posh!!
ReplyDeleteJette, Thanks, girl!
DeleteA few hours at a time is all I can handle. But that's what life is like when you have a 4 year old and a 1 year old and your primary job is Stay at Home Mom!!!
ReplyDeleteI also enjoy grabbing a pen and paper and writing outside when the weather permits... I start to go a little nuts if I can't get outside at least once a day!
Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment! Happy A-Zing!
Jenelle, I know! I'm out of the little kid phase, so I can go a little longer. I need to get outside once a day too, even if it is just to walk around the building!
DeleteLove the Pale Pic!
ReplyDeleteJoan, It was fun!
DeleteI love your theme! Today's letter definitely made me laugh. I am pale, which isn't so much from the lack of sun (although it could be since it's been one long winter) as it is from the lack of sleep.
ReplyDeleteHave fun with a-z. :)
Jessica, I'm so glad. A to Z is fun, fun, fun!
DeleteP.S. Even vampires need sleep.
LOL! Unexpected and funny photo!
ReplyDeleteJust stopping by from the A-Z Challenge list to say "Hi" :)
ReplyDeleteExcellent post honey!
Good luck with the rest of the challenge!
